      Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, MIS Reporting Source to Contract
      • The Source to Contract (S2C) Professional is responsible Data Collection - Collect and organize data from various internal and external sources. Data Analysis - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Reporting Creation - Create accurate and concise reports that effectively communicate key information. Technical Skills - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL. Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of database management systems. Analytical Skills - Ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights. Strong attention to detail. Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Communication Skills - Ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      Responsibilities
      • The MIS Reporting job involves collecting analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making processes
      • As an MIS Reporter, you will create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide valuable insights to stakeholders
      • Sourcing of the Indirect Spend categories with spend range <$250k
      • Rate and manage the performance of suppliers, ensure supplier performance of all contracts
      • Negotiating and concluding contracts
      • Ensuring that the services are as per the contracts
      • Drive the preparation of proposals, quotations and competitive bids with pertinent specifications, terms, and conditions
      • Develops, reviews negotiates and executes complex business agreements and contracts
      • Supplier evaluation, selection, and set-up of ongoing performance management
      • Will have to scout for better suppliers
      • To collaborate closely with the customers to understand their requirements and close them in the given time frame
      • Should be able to optimally manage internal/external customers & partners
      • Responsible for savings targets, timely deliveries, and Customer Happiness
      • Carry out all reporting requirements accurately and within the specified time scales

      Qualifications
      Minimum qualifications
      • Graduation (in any subject area)
      • Relevant work experience in a source to contract role preferably in BPO sector
      • Basic Knowledge of MS Office Applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
      • Good Understanding of Tactical, Strategy and Contract MGMT Operations
      • Good communication and analytical skills. Customer Service Skills – Telephone / Email
      • Strong analytics skills
      • Awareness of Product Category Codes
      Preferred qualifications
      • Knowledge of ARIBA, coupa etc.. / Other Legacy ERP Applications, Preferably Coupa
      • Good command of MS Office Tools (i.e. excel, ppt)
      • Knowledge of VM, RFP & RFQ is added advantage
      • Knowledge of VM, RFP & RFQ is added advantage
