What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Engage in selling agricultural packaging machinery solutions to manufacturing companies
- Travel to untapped territories to establish in-person meetings and sales opportunities
- Conduct cold outreach to develop new business in emerging markets
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead generation strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience in the packaging industry with 2-4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in machine selling with 5-8+ years if lacking packaging company experience
- Technical knowledge of packaging machines (e.g., 4080, 240V, CAD knowledge)
- Proven ability to generate leads in new untapped markets
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, and Concur

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a packaging machinery company
- Strong comfort with travel for business development
- Additional technical certifications related to packaging machinery
