- Preparing specifications for equipment and supporting the procurement activities (RFQs etc)
- Assist in creating project budgets which leads to creating fund applications.
- Providing input for clear project plans and monitoring progress against plan
- Initiate the engineering activities supporting the breweries during design, execution, and commissioning phase of the project, and thorough handover back to the local site team.
- Finally calculating and minimising the impact of the projects in performances of the packaging lines (OPI)
- English language proficiency: at least intermediate (your CV and covering letter MUST be in English to be accepted please
- An ability to work autonomously in highly ambiguous situations and a desire to connect with different cultures
- Experience managing Packaging Process projects

Packaging Process Engineer – Central European Regional Shared Hub: HEINEKEN
Location: Graz with between 10% - 30% travel across the Central European Region depending on where the action is!

Packaging Process Engineer - What would you actually be doing in this East European Hub role?

In this role you will support the day-to-day execution of Packaging area projects with our local breweries taking the lead, and you will add value with your specialized skillset or knowledge to help improve and standardize processes in a safe, effective, and efficient way. You’ll provide engineering input into packaging line layout optimisation, updating line capacities, developing new capabilities, and offering continuous improvement support on equipment design to optimise changeovers, and providing technical solutions for new product innovation (NPI).
As a seasoned engineer you’ll be supporting the breweries through the entire project lifecycle including:What experience will you need to succeed in these roles?

The minimum wage for this position is gross EUR 3,432.63 per month at a full-time employment rate of 100%. There is a willingness to pay above this amount, the actual compensation depends on qualification and relevant professional experience.
