      Our client is a recognized leader in Distribution, providing customers with packaging solutions for over 68 years. As industry experts, they exceed the needs of their customers by offering a plethora of packaging supplies, janitorial supplies/equipment, and services. They have experienced tremendous growth and are looking for a PACKAGING SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join their team in the Greater Green Bay area! They are very well respected in the industry and have an amazing culture!! There is an existing book of business in Packaging and this person would manage some large customers!!

      JOB PURPOSE:

      This person will be primarily responsible for the development and execution of sales account plans with customers locally focused on new business-to-business account development. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs to meet a sales quota.

      JOB RESPONSBILITIES:

      • “Sales Hunter” mentality with ability to maintain and grow customer base with recurring sales
      • Cultivate new customers through prospecting – networking, cold calling, etc.
      • Promote and sell products and services in established sales territory. Focus on all segments to grow the business as a whole
      • Emphasize product features based on analysis of customer’s needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities
      • Proactively assist customers with cost savings initiatives
      • Plan sales and gross profit goals for each key account by developing yearly objectives through maintaining accurate, detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the potential of each account in designated territory
      • Develop high potential prospects to guarantee future sales growth through quality sales calls
      • Demonstrates a sense of urgency when addressing customer’s inquiries, utilizing internal resources and closing sales
      • Sales Strategy – Solutions Selling to meet the customer’s needs

      THIS PERSON MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PACKAGING SALES and RESIDE WITHIN THE FOX VALLEY AREA!
