What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of new and existing end-user customers focused on the packaging portfolio
- Collaborate with the packaging sales team to engage on new opportunities with end users and channel partners
- Set and achieve sales goals utilizing resources and tactics effectively
- Foster relationships with key personnel at various levels in the buying process to meet territory sales goals
- Contribute to the development of growth targets aligned with business plans for account penetration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Three (3) years of sales experience managing a specific territory in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Ability to drive a company vehicle and comply with motor vehicle history reviews
- Strong sales/business acumen and selling skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Business or Sales Development
- Experience in the packaging industry working through distribution
- Ten (10) years of professional field sales experience with collaboration responsibilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.com
