      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute comprehensive paid and social media strategies that align with the employer's business goals
      - Manage day-to-day paid campaign operations, including planning, setup, budget management, quality assurance, testing, reporting, and optimization
      - Oversee corporate social media management, including engagement with followers and performance tracking
      - Analyze campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to optimize for ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs)
      - Monitor search and social traffic sources for keyword optimization opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns and organic social in a B2B environment
      - Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

      - Knowledge of the Microsoft technology industry
      - Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques
      - Proven ability to drive cohesive brand messaging and engagement
