What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize and support campaign setups, optimizations, reporting, and analysis for growth marketing channels
- Execute responsibilities on client accounts, including building campaigns and quality assurance of keywords
- Analyze campaign performance and create reports for external client stakeholders
- Measure and monitor key performance indicators for paid media campaigns
- Collaborate with clients and Acquisition Managers to develop testing roadmaps that meet client KPIs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid search media buying or performance marketing at an agency
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Experience using Google Workspace

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with project management and BI reporting tools
- Previous experience in digital marketing or media buying
