      Pay Rate/Range: $100.00 to $120.00
      Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
      Location: Remote
      Duration: 1 year

      Job Summary:

      We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Paid Media Manager to lead paid media strategy and execution for one of our key product lines. This role will be responsible for developing and optimizing campaigns across paid search, social, and display channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaign success and ROI.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Lead end-to-end paid media strategy and execution for one product line, owning performance outcomes (KPIs, ROI, conversion metrics).

      • Drive customer acquisition and upsell initiatives across the user journey to ensure efficient and scalable growth.

      • Manage and optimize paid media budgets across channels, ensuring effective spend and strong return on investment.

      • Implement tracking and measurement systems to assess campaign performance and report regularly to senior leadership on campaign outcomes and KPIs.

      • Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations in digital advertising to apply best practices and emerging strategies.

      • Identify growth opportunities through A/B testing, experimentation, and channel optimization.

      • Collaborate with regional marketing managers to execute and analyze localized paid media activations.

      • Develop bottom-up growth forecasts in partnership with the Head of Worldwide Revenue.

      Required Experience & Skills:

      • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.

      • Strong expertise in paid search, paid social, and display advertising with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition (Enterprise and Mid-Market segments).

      • Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns.

      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders, including senior leadership.

      • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.

      • Experience running integrated, full-funnel digital advertising campaigns.

      • Solid understanding of the digital marketing technology stack and operational workflows.

      • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience in a cybersecurity company is a strong plus.

      • Ability to influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, analytics, sourcing, and finance teams.

      • Strong skills in campaign analysis, audience segmentation, message testing, and consumer behavior insights.

      • Ability to convert performance data into strategic campaign recommendations and optimizations.

      • Demonstrated success in increasing conversions, lowering acquisition costs, and driving revenue through digital campaigns.

      • Comfortable working in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

      Additional Desired Skills:

      • High proficiency in marketing technology tools and business intelligence platforms.

      • Strong writing, communication, and teamwork skills.
