In this role, you will: - Execute Campaigns: Serve as the platform expert, independently building, configuring, and managing paid media campaigns on TikTok.
- Analyze and Optimize: Monitor campaign performance meticulously, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to achieve and exceed KPIs.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous QA processes to ensure campaign accuracy and effectiveness, maintaining high standards throughout execution.
- A/B Testing: Perform A/B testing to refine strategies and maximize ROI, ensuring every campaign is optimized for success.
- Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends and updates on TikTok to ensure campaigns are at the cutting edge.
- Collaborate: Work closely within the team to contribute to overall success, while managing relationships with media partners to enhance campaign performance.
What we're looking for: - Hands-on Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in executing paid media campaigns, specifically on TikTok. Experience within an agency environment or large-scale company is a must.
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge and experience with TikTok's advertising platform is essential.
- Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with a love for data. You should have a sharp eye for detail and a serious approach to QA processes.
