What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain a large Paid Search keyword and Shopping product group portfolio
- Execute ad/copywriting testing to optimize messaging for target audiences
- Manage day-to-day campaign pacing and optimize the Paid Search/Shopping portfolio
- Drive aggressive revenue growth across Performance channels
- Participate in vendor/platform relationship management and quality assurance of workflow

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years working in Search Engine Marketing and/or Shopping
- Experience managing large-scale Paid Search and Shopping accounts in Google AdWords and other platforms
- Proficiency with Web Analytics tools and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Display, Video, and Paid Social campaign management
- Knowledge of database management and BI visualization tools
- Familiarity with SQL, AdWords scripting, or other coding languages
- Passion for motorcycles, ATVs, or UTVs
