What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and execute best-in-class retail media campaigns across search
- Manage the set-up, optimization, and reporting of retail search campaigns
- Develop strategies for keywords, ad groups, audience, and targeting
- Monitor and improve campaign performance across various platforms
- Draft insights and actionable next steps for campaign improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Hands-on media buying experience with keyword, ad group, audience, and targeting strategies
- Retail media buying experience on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or Instacart
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables
- Ambitious self-starter with a passion for the retail and omnichannel media landscape
- Experience in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Google Ads Paid Search (SEM) or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Creative and strategic thinking skills to solve complex challenges
- Ability to challenge peers and clients to achieve optimal results
- Strong collaborative skills and a proactive approach to teamwork
