      Our client, a digital marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Paid Search Specialist with a proven track record of managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. In this role, you'll work closely with a talented team, including a dedicated copywriter and designer, to craft compelling ad campaigns that drive results.       Key Responsibilities:
      • Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max (PMax), Shopping, and Video channels.
      • A/B test ads and ad sets to optimize for key performance indicators (ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.).
      • Collaborate with a copywriter and designer to create high-quality ad copy and engaging visual assets.
      • Analyze campaign data trends and proactively recommend optimizations to improve performance.
      • Monitor and adjust ad spend budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
      • Build detailed reports in Excel or Google Sheets with graphs, charts, and pivot tables for real-time and long-term analysis.
      • Collaborate with clients to understand campaign performance and implement necessary adjustments.
      • Test and refine ad copy and assets based on client products/services and best practices.
      • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and keyword optimization techniques.
      • Use Slack, email, video calls, and project management tools for consistent communication with clients and team members.

      Required Skills & Experience
      • 2+ years of Google Ads experience in Search, Display, Performance Max (PMax), Shopping, or Video campaigns.
      • Deep understanding of key paid media metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.) and how to calculate and leverage them.
      • Expertise in analyzing Google Ads data and recommending actionable improvements.
      • Experience creating detailed reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
      • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
      • Proven success working with U.S.-based clients.
      • Proactive and reliable communication through Slack, email, and video calls.
      • Ability to work effectively during EST hours.

      Nice-to-Haves
      • Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for communication.
      • 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns.
      • Experience building reports from scratch for Meta Ads performance tracking.
      • Knowledge of additional advertising platforms and tools.
