What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist digital team members in developing paid social campaign strategies
- Optimize daily campaigns, including testing, tracking, and performance measurement
- Collaborate with internal partners and vendors to ensure optimal campaign setup and tracking
- Manage the creative development and approval process for campaigns
- Develop reporting and key insights on campaign performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of hands-on paid social experience within either a client or agency setting
- 2+ years of experience in building, managing, and optimizing B2B campaigns
- Advanced knowledge of tracking and analytics related to digital advertising
- Proficient in digital tactics and measurement, specializing in paid social and video advertising
- Experience with CRM audience activation platforms and LinkedIn Ad campaigns

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in financial services, insurance, and/or technology sectors
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics
- Experience using DOMO and/or Tableau
- Knowledge of LiveRamp
