      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect and review data on political violence and protests across Israel and Palestine
      - Code events to ensure comprehensive coverage of incidents in assigned countries
      - Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of the data produced
      - Submit weekly deliverables on Saturdays or Sundays
      - Participate in extensive training and complete exercises to meet performance standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - University degree in conflict studies, peacebuilding, international development, or a related field
      - Familiarity with Excel
      - Fluency in English and Arabic
      - Research experience in conflict studies or peace-building in Palestine, or general regional studies
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in Hebrew
      - Experience conducting desk-based research
      - Familiarity with the political context and key actors in the relevant countries
