      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage panel implementation and maintenance processes from start to finish
      - Develop recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies based on panel data analysis
      - Oversee day-to-day communications with panel members through various channels
      - Resolve panel member inquiries and issues promptly
      - Serve as a trusted adviser to clients, identifying additional survey opportunities and conducting regular business reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
      - 1-3 years of experience in market research or project management
      - Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
      - Familiarity with survey programming tools such as Qualtrics, Decipher, or Survey Monkey
      - Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in a relevant field
      - Experience with the My-Take platform
      - Knowledge of survey design and market research methods
      - Demonstrated interest in survey-based market research and customer experience
      - Ability to learn new technological tools and methodologies quickly
