What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist lawyers in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence, including subpoenas and legal briefs
- Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and conducting legal research
- Manage law office activities, including maintaining an organized case filing system
- Conduct client interviews to gather information about legal matters
- Aid lawyers in trial preparation by preparing exhibits and assisting with client meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal in the state of Texas
- Proof of possessing a valid Texas Driver's License and maintaining automobile insurance
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with legal software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Paralegal professional certification or advanced paralegal education
- Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate's degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies
