      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain confidential client files, records, and calendars for the Education Department
      - Draft petitions, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents
      - Organize and review exhibits and court filings for various courts
      - Conduct legal research as necessary to support attorneys
      - Provide support and information to school district staff regarding Special Education and Truancy processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills, including knowledge of legal terminology
      - Strong work ethic with a commitment to producing quality work
      - Professional demeanor and ability to establish effective working relationships
      - Advanced organizational and time-management abilities
      - Knowledge of the Colorado Compulsory Attendance Law and the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Colorado Courts E-Filing System (ICCES) and U.S. District Court Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF)
      - Experience with legal research tools and technology
