      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft, review, and edit routine form contracts, proposals, and other standard contract documents with minimal supervision
      - Ensure appropriate approvals and stakeholder input are obtained, maintaining communication and workflow
      - Maintain contract records and documentation in relevant content/document management systems
      - Assist in labor and employment matters, including policy review and preparation of litigation-related filings
      - Support corporate due diligence review and M&A transactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience as a contracts paralegal or in a similar role, with in-house experience preferred
      - Proven experience managing and reviewing legal contracts
      - Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented, solutions-oriented approach
      - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate across teams
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Excel), Google Suite, Adobe, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with notarization and apostille certificates is a plus
