What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to attorneys and paralegals in case management
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Assist in deposition and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and manage projects assigned by attorneys
- Train and educate team members to promote best practices and high-quality service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience supporting an Employment litigation team
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to work independently
- Experience in conducting research, organizing information, and drafting legal documents
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly

- Experience with Relativity and legal research tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet aggressive deadlines
