What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct client interviews to gather pertinent information regarding legal issues
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence under the guidance of attorneys
- Assist lawyers with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses
- Maintain an organized case filing system to ensure all documents are accessible
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and managing client communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience
- At least 2 years of paralegal experience in Washington State
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in writing and grammar
- Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program (Associate's degree or equivalent)
- High-level organizational and time-management skills

- Advanced paralegal education or professional certification
- Experience with collaborative law practices or low-conflict divorce cases
