      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review court documents with clients to ensure accuracy and understanding
      - Collect signatures and execute court filings and service of process
      - Perform regular case reviews with attorneys to ensure accurate case status updates and adherence to deadlines
      - Partner with the Customer Support team to resolve client questions and escalations
      - Maintain routine communications with clients about case status and gather relevant information from various sources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of Paralegal experience working in Florida Family Law
      - Strong understanding of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, and procedures
      - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      - Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail
      - High proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, and overall tech-savvy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Paralegal Certificate preferred
      - Legal Document Preparer Certificate is a significant advantage
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus
      - Previous experience in a start-up environment or interest in start-up culture
      - Comfort with remote work environments and communication tools like Slack
