What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review new file assignments, draft initial pleadings, and draft discovery
- Prepare briefs for small claims court cases
- Assist clients in answering questions regarding discovery
- Assist attorney in trial, arbitration, or mediation preparation
- Review new and proposed legislation and determine applicability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree AND one-year Paralegal experience OR Paralegal certificate AND two years Paralegal experience
- ABA approved Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Insurance-industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of legal holds and discovery processes
- Analytical skills and strong attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a paralegal or in the insurance industry
