- Ability to provide legal research and guidance on various issues regarding errors in mortgage closing documents.

Job Description:
This role is on the Public Policy, Community Impact and Third-Party Legal team in the Legal Department. The role supports attorneys in executing legal transactions and is responsible for securing, preparing, drafting, and processing legal documents. This includes research, and the review and interpretation of legal documents for validity, content, accuracy, and compliance with procedures. This role will coordinate and track bank vendor lists and contracts for Legal, coordinate updates to procurement contract templates, and interface with outside counsel on legal issues related to the Global Third-Party Procurement program
