      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide legal support to attorneys in corporate registration and licensing, including obtaining and preparing necessary documents
      - Assist in drafting business service agreements and corporate documents under attorney supervision
      - Conduct research and analysis on compliance with applicable laws and regulations
      - Manage corporate files and maintain a corporate documents database
      - Collaborate with other departments to ensure regulatory compliance and timely responses to legal matters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience with an ABA-recognized paralegal certificate
      - Prior work experience in an in-house corporate legal department or law firm
      - Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access, with prior experience in databases preferred

      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and show initiative in a team environment
