What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, review, and manage various contracts, including NDAs and vendor agreements
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices
- Assist with corporate governance tasks such as entity management and board resolutions
- Monitor compliance with laws, including data privacy and employment regulations
- Maintain legal records and track key contract deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field (or a Paralegal Certificate)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in corporate, contract, or compliance work
- Familiarity with corporate governance, contract law, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
