      - Knowledge of statutes, codes, legal terminology, and administrative court procedures
      - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
      - Possession of a valid state-issued driver's license appropriate to the assignment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in paralegal studies or a paralegal certificate
      - Familiarity with administrative court procedures and service of process procedures
