What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, interpret, negotiate, and draft a high volume of clinical study-related and quality study-related agreements
- Support review and negotiations of Informed Consent Forms for U.S. and global clinical trials
- Drive efficiency and coordination of R&D contracts processes to meet business needs
- Identify, analyze, and navigate potential legal and compliance issues related to contract terms
- Develop and deliver presentations and training on R&D legal and contracts-related topics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of previous paralegal experience
- Experience in the life sciences/biotech/pharma sector is essential
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Paralegal certification is a plus
- Experience negotiating agreements related to pre-clinical and clinical research, with international experience being a plus
- Self-motivated and collaborative with excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
