What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the employer's in-house real estate counsel with drafting various leasing documents
- Review and analyze leases and similar documentation for key terms and obligations
- Collaborate with real estate counsel to establish efficiencies and workflows
- Maintain a legal tracking spreadsheet for all matters related to the real estate portfolio
- Conduct legal research and assist with high-priority due diligence projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Paralegal Certification
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate matters, including leasing and due diligence
- Law firm and/or in-house legal experience
- Demonstrated legal drafting and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and intermediate proficiency with Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Notary certification
- Currently located in Minnesota with the ability to work a hybrid in-office schedule
