      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct legal research and gather information from various legal resources
      - Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and motions, and assist with court filings
      - Organize and maintain case files, manage deadlines, and ensure documentation accuracy
      - Communicate with clients to provide updates and obtain necessary information
      - Assist attorneys in preparing for court appearances and trials, including organizing exhibits and trial binders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field; Paralegal certification preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with legal research databases
      - Strong understanding of legal terminology, processes, and documentation requirements
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
