      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct legal research and gather relevant information from various resources
      - Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs
      - Organize and maintain case files, manage deadlines, and keep track of legal proceedings
      - Communicate with clients to obtain information and provide updates on case status
      - Assist attorneys in preparing for court appearances and trials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; Paralegal certification preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with legal research databases
      - Strong understanding of legal terminology, processes, and documentation requirements
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with document management systems
      - Demonstrated commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical conduct
      - Ability to review and organize detailed documents with accuracy
      - Previous experience in a legal environment or as a paralegal
