What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and assist with all aspects of the franchise application, negotiation, and renewal processes
- Prepare and revise franchise agreements and related documents under the supervision of in-house attorneys
- Promote compliance with Federal and State franchise laws and regulations
- Analyze and summarize key contract terms to facilitate timely renewals
- Maintain centralized records for franchise contract materials to ensure compliance and audit trails

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.)
- Minimum of five years of experience in a law firm or in-house law department, or comparable government organization, with contract analysis experience
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and sound judgment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in franchising or hospitality law
- Familiarity with trademark-related litigation processes
- Proficiency in contract management software
