      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare a variety of legal documents including notices, motions, orders, and complaints
      - Provide clerical and administrative support for assigned Assistant U.S. Attorney(s)
      - Maintain a calendar of active cases, tracking filings, hearings, and trial dates
      - Supervise contractor personnel and assist with payroll, benefits, and disciplinary actions
      - Perform other job-related duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of legal secretarial experience, with higher education potentially substituting for some experience
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Thorough knowledge of legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word
      - Must pass pre-employment qualifications of the employer

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in litigation support and case management
      - Familiarity with document drafting and client communication
      - Previous work with government contracts or federal agencies
