      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and update a variety of files and records, ensuring accuracy in incentive payments
      - Draft and manage correspondence, including letters and memoranda
      - Schedule meetings and appointments for staff and program participants
      - Take and summarize notes during focus group and alignment meetings
      - Utilize advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis, automation, and reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
      - Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite
      - Advanced skills in MS Excel, including data analysis and automation
      - Ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive material effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Workday and LMS applications, including Cornerstone
      - Strong ability to manage large data sets and create complex spreadsheet models
      - Familiarity with data validation and conditional formatting in Excel
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills
      - Strong written communication skills for drafting correspondence
