What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a variety of files and records, updating master files and verifying/processes incentive payments
- Write letters and correspondence as needed
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Take and summarize notes for focus group and alignment meetings
- Maintain scheduling for program participants and facilitators

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including data analysis and automation
- Ability to handle large data sets efficiently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday and LMS applications (including Cornerstone)
- Familiarity with complex data analysis techniques in Excel, such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience in building spreadsheet models, templates, and dashboards
- Knowledge of data validation functions and conditional formatting in Excel
