      Job Description

      Inbound Back Office is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help our Marketing Agency and Fractional CMO clients with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly jump in easily, with minimal supervision.

      These tasks include but are not limited to:
      • Research
      • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel tasks
      • Google Docs, Sheets, Slides tasks
      • Scheduling - Email, Calendly, etc.
      • Travel plans
      • Organization/clean up of accounts/platforms
      • Billing help
      • Data processing
      • CRM Maintenance
      • Time-consuming tasks that someone else can take care of!
