What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Conduct inspections and maintenance on equipment, including moving and hooking up trucks and trailers
- Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs offered by the employer

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Available for part-time work, including weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to perform both inside and outside duties
- Basic customer service and computer knowledge
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service roles
- Familiarity with rental equipment and processes
- Ability to drive a forklift (certification provided)
- Willingness to learn and participate in health and safety training
