What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers as needed
- Perform equipment inspections and maintenance including checking fluid levels
- Prepare rental invoices and manage the return of equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
- Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training programs
- Ability to work in a moderately risky environment and use safety precautions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with rental equipment and basic mechanical skills
- Ability to drive a forklift (certification provided upon employment)
- Certification in propane filling (training provided upon employment)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
