What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical coordination and support before and during virtual classroom sessions
- Operate the virtual classroom technical platform to deliver classes effectively
- Manage interactive tools such as whiteboards, breakout rooms, and polls during VILT sessions
- Answer learner questions and troubleshoot technical issues
- Support facilitators with activities and instructions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Technical knowledge of WebEx, MS Teams, Zoom, or similar training platforms
- Bilingual language skills
- Exceptional customer client service skills and technical aptitude
- Ability to provide high-quality operational and communication capabilities
- Ability to provide technical support to students and respond to all non-urgent items promptly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in virtual training production
- Experience working in a multicultural or global environment
