What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct advanced technical soil analysis and independent research work
- Lead independent soil coring, biomass sampling, and greenhouse gas sampling
- Measure tree growth and photosynthesis as part of fieldwork
- Independently process samples in the lab, including soil extractions and chemical analysis
- Manage sample workflow to ensure efficient processing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree with relevant coursework in environmental resource management or a related field
- Prior experience with soil sample processing
- Valid US driver's license required
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle as part of job duties
- Willingness to engage in physical work in various field settings
