What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Professionally handle incoming calls and greet callers with a friendly demeanor
- Collect and relay messages accurately to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize call processing systems and tools to prioritize customer needs
- Maintain good attendance and adhere to set work schedules
- Take messages or transfer calls as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
- Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
- Broadband Internet connection with the ability to pass a speed test
- A Windows PC or laptop with a direct Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or French is a plus!
- Previous experience in a call center environment
