What is Required (Qualifications):

- 1-3 years of sales and service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and telephone etiquette
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Proficient in using Windows-based PC products and general office equipment
