What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Help Desk phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with the resolution of customer service issues to ensure complete client satisfaction
- Support the startup of new clients, including new group enrollments, changes, and deletions
- Perform office duties such as copying, collating, mailings, filing, and processing credit cards
- Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Preferred PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
