This is a part-time hybrid position that requires spending time working from home and in the office. After training, associates will work approximately 75% at home and 25% in the office. Compensation: Starting pay is $21.25 per hour. We currently have the following types of shifts and openings: Part-Time Shifts are afternoon/and weekends *** Schedules require availability on the weekends*** Please Note: Start Date: Monday, October 16, 2023 Training is approximately 14 weeks in duration Training: Selected candidates will participate in mandatory training that is paid at the same hourly rate as after training! Training schedules will vary based on shift and role. The training continues beyond day one as well. Training hours will be: 3:30 p.m. – 9:30 pm CST Onboarding: 10/16 – 10/18 Core Training: 10/19 – 12/22 (Monday – Friday) On the job training Weeks 1 & 2: 12/26 – 12/29; 1/2 – 1/5 (Monday - Friday) On the job training Weeks 3 and 4: 1/6, 1/9 – 1/12, 1/13, 1/16 – 1/19 (Saturday, Tuesday - Friday) New team members are eligible for promotional opportunities within the Enterprise Contact Center department after 6 months of service and 12 months for other opportunities at State Farm.
