About The Role:

The UK Customer Experience team at TTG is looking for motivated and attentive Shop Concierge Executives to work part-time, in-person shifts for our brand new retail store for the TodayTix consumer brand. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for theatre, enjoy thinking on their feet, are customer-focused, and connect with our mission of finding a seat for everyone.

In this role, you will share knowledge of West End and off-West End productions with theatre enthusiasts who visit our store and help them purchase tickets for shows found on TTG. The ideal candidates are discreet and thoughtful, can stay calm under pressure, and know how to appropriately navigate the proper course of action for customer service-related events.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has extensive knowledge of all that London theatre has to offer and wants to apply it in an exciting, hands-on setting. If you see yourself as a team player who strives to provide a “six-star” customer service experience in their work, this might be the right role for you!

Please note this is a part-time, in-person position for our store located in the heart of London’s West End. The wage rate for this role is £12 - £14 hour. The TodayTix retail store will operate all year round (except 25 December). You must be comfortable and able to work evenings and weekends. Minimum hours per week is 20.

Monday-Saturday: 08:00 – 20:00

Sunday: 09:00 – 19:00

• Provide our customers with a personalised, six-star experience to help them access the best shows and experiences that London has to offer
• Keep up-to-date with theatre and ancillary product knowledge and special promotions to maximise sales conversion rates and profitability for the business
• Provide in-depth knowledge of West End theatre and off-West End productions
• Communicate to team leaders/managers all relevant customer feedback, particularly in the areas of pricing, products and services, to facilitate ongoing improvements in our service
• Assist customer booking theatre tickets and ancillary services in accordance with brand standards
• Offer after-sales assistance and have a passion to go the extra mile to help with customers exchange or cancellation requests
• Handle incoming complaints in line with the company complaint policy and escalate to the TodayTix Concierge Manager as necessary
• Attend industry events, trade nights or familiarity trips as required
• Liaise with our IT department to report any faults or maintenance requirements for our in-store technology
• Collaborate with third-party ticketing software in product creation, testing and maintenance

• A passion for theatre and knowledge of the West End is essential
• The ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping others and promoting a positive work environment
• A collaborative nature who wants to support team members as you work together to deliver on common goals
• Experience working with customers face-to-face
• Strong verbal communication skills
• A keen eye for detail and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Additional languages are a bonus!
