What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries about registrations and website orders
- Process customer registrations and manage website orders in digital systems
- Provide technical support for website and digital product access
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Create a welcoming environment for all customers through effective communication

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong technical and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of computers and digital platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for assisting others
- Availability during the call center hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Successful completion of background checks in accordance with university policies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
