      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers with phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries and providing support
      - Process customer registrations and website orders using appropriate digital registration systems
      - Support customers with order issues, website technical support, and digital product access
      - Manage data entry and record maintenance in Salesforce to ensure accurate information
      - Engage with customers daily, fostering a positive and inclusive environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Basic understanding of computers and strong technical skills
      - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to assist customers effectively and create a welcoming environment
      - Availability to attend in-person training at University Park
      - Must successfully complete background check(s) in accordance with University policies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer service or support roles
      - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management systems
      - Enthusiasm for working in a higher education or agricultural sciences context
      - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
