What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; clean and inspect equipment
- Educate customers regarding products and services and prepare rental invoices
- Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability for part-time work, including weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to perform inside and outside duties
- Customer service experience and computer knowledge
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role
- Previous knowledge of moving and transportation services
- Familiarity with safety precautions and equipment handling
