What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services
- Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Clean and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels
- Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
- Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic customer service and computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn and be flexible with inside and outside duties
- Availability for part-time work, including weekends and holidays

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role
- Ability to drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul)
- Interest in learning about equipment maintenance and repairs
- Previous experience in a retail or service-oriented environment
