What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Clean and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels
- Prepare rental invoices and manage the return of equipment
- Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for part-time hours, including weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to perform both inside and outside duties
- Customer service experience and basic computer knowledge

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
- Willingness to obtain certifications for filling propane and driving a forklift
