What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services at the center
- Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, and clean and inspect equipment
- Answer customer inquiries and prepare rental invoices
- Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform moderate physical exertion, including handling equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
- Willingness to adhere to safety precautions and use protective gear as necessary
- Availability to participate in U-Haul's continuous education programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Basic mechanical skills or experience with equipment maintenance
- Familiarity with rental services or logistics operations
- Certification in forklift operation or propane filling (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
